How we do it

Cut lines you can look at closely
Wall-to-ceiling lines, trim edges and casing returns are cut in by hand. No caulk smears, no fuzzy edges, no roller texture running onto the ceiling.
Protection and cleanup
Floors are papered or dropped, furniture is moved and wrapped, and outlets and fixtures come off rather than getting taped around. When we finish, the room is put back the way we found it.
