Wash, scrape, sand, prime
Loose and peeling paint is removed, bare wood is spot-primed, and any rot or soft trim is flagged before it gets buried under a finish coat.
Service — Greater Boston
New England weather is hard on a house. We wash, scrape, prime bare wood and use exterior-grade coatings that hold their colour through the winter.

What is included
Exterior work lives or dies on preparation and timing. We schedule around the weather, wash the surface first, and never paint over failing material.
How we do it
Loose and peeling paint is removed, bare wood is spot-primed, and any rot or soft trim is flagged before it gets buried under a finish coat.
Salt air and freeze–thaw cycles are unforgiving. We specify exterior products rated for this climate and apply them at the film thickness the manufacturer calls for.
Horizontal surfaces take the most abuse. Treads, rails and deck boards get the extra prep and the extra coat they need to last.
